We have the best bootcamp trainer ever! She helps us with so much more than working out. She had us all take a journal home and fill it with what we eat on a daily basis. I kept it real even though I knew what she would say.
Yesterday she gave us
a nutrition class. We went over a few of the food journals. I got a
bit of a smackdown. :( I have lots of changes to make.
