Old Truck

Just an old truck that I've wanted to take a pic of forever.  It sits in the parking lot of the Timbermine Restaurant in Ogden.  I probably should have composed it a little better, I don't like the house that's behind it.  But it was raining and I didn't want to get out of the car.  lol

It was time for my daughter's in-laws' family portrait session.  And so far, every shoot I've done that included him has been a bit of a disaster.  Well, not really, but I've been unable to get him to completely cooperate during an official shoot.  Any other time.. he's all smiles and cuteness and will pose for me all day long.

Beautiful Fall Colors

We took a little drive up Ogden Canyon and decided to head up Old Snow Basin Road.  I don't think I've been on that road since I was a teenager (back when I was trying to ski).  

Anywho, it was beautiful, quiet and peaceful up there.  

Thinking it might be a great location for a senior shoot...

'DAM' Boydston Party

This year at our Dam Boydston Party/Reunion we also celebrated Grandma Donna's 80th birthday!

A couple of days later, we were off the Disneyland/California Adventure!  

Arrived just in time for one of the parades.  Yay!

Her favorite ride - Radiator Springs Racers!  Such a cute ride we waited in line twice!

The next day - the beach!  

First stop, yummy burgers and malts at Ruby's.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to want to do this again next year.  And maybe baby brother will be big enough to go along, too! 

Inspired by this pin, I shot these images of my littlest grandson's favorite (re: obsession) toys at the moment.  His mom is going to blow them up BIG and put them in his room.  Such a cute idea!
